As 2024 draws to a close, we at Vendi Sales Consulting celebrate an incredible first full calendar year in business. This journey has been one of growth, learning, and meaningful connections, and I’m thrilled to share some highlights from the past year with you.
A Year of Growth and Impact
Over the past year, Vendi partnered with nearly 20 businesses, helping them implement robust sales structures that empower sales leaders to lead with clarity and confidence. Through this work, one truth has remained constant: at the heart of strong sales leadership are two critical elements—clear visibility and true accountability. These pillars continue to drive results for teams across industries.
Beyond client work, 2024 was a pivotal year for Vendi as a business. One highlight was collaborating with Ripple Design and Marketing to launch our brand-new website. I’m incredibly grateful for their expertise in creating a professional, polished platform that reflects our mission and values.
We also launched the Vendi blog this year—a long-anticipated milestone that allows us to share insights, strategies, and stories with a broader audience.
Looking Ahead to 2025
February 2025 promises to be a major milestone as I accompany a group of Ontario-based sales leaders to Atlanta to attend Mike Weinberg’s in-person sales management seminar. Mike’s books and philosophies inspired me to start this company, and his teachings remain the foundation of my work. It’s an honour to bring others to learn from him directly.
As we gear up for another exciting year, we are eager to welcome new clients, tackle new challenges, and continue helping sales teams achieve success.
